You may have seen this on bombing science, but this got me pretty fired up. Volunteer's who are on call 24/7, go out of their way to help police do their jobs. If you ask me they seem like a bunch of police foundation drop outs. A DJ who likes graffiti also helped arrest a couple of graffiti writers in chi-city. Check his flickr and send him hate mail or, fan mail if that's your thing.
Check how brutal they're treated,I would Love to see these guys out-numbered at one time.
